These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the mobile application "Wa Camera" (the "App") provided by the developer (the "Provider"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By installing, launching, or otherwise using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
The App is rated 4+ on the App Store and may be used by anyone subject to compliance with these Terms. Minors should obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.
3. In-App Purchases
Certain features (the "Pro Features") are available via in-app purchase through the Apple App Store.
Pro Features are sold as a one-time purchase (lifetime unlock). The App does not offer auto-renewing subscriptions.
Prices are set automatically based on your App Store storefront. Applicable taxes are included as required by Apple.
You can restore previous purchases at any time via "Restore Purchases" using the same Apple ID.
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. The Provider cannot process refunds directly.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights to the App itself (including code, design, presets, filters, frames, sounds, and other assets) are owned by the Provider or its licensors.
You retain full ownership of photographs you create using the App.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the App in violation of any law or public morals.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code, presets, or assets of the App.
Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any part of the App.
Infringe the rights (including portrait, privacy, copyright) of any third party.
Engage in any activity that disrupts or impairs the App's operation.
6. Photos and User Content
Photos taken or edited with the App are stored on your device only (in the App's private Application Support directory). They are not transmitted to the Provider's servers.
If you enable "Also save to Photos," exported images are saved to your iOS Photos library and become subject to your own management.
Uninstalling the App will remove the App's private storage as required by iOS. Please back up important photos before uninstalling.
The Provider does not claim ownership over photos you create with the App. Sharing those photos to social media is your sole responsibility.
7. Service Availability
The Provider may suspend or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, without prior notice in cases of maintenance, force majeure, App Store policy changes, or other operational reasons, and shall not be liable for any resulting disruption.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that does not allow such limitations, certain limitations may not apply to you to the extent required by law.
9. Changes to the Service
The Provider may change, add to, or remove features at any time without prior notice and shall not be liable for any resulting damage.
10. Changes to These Terms
The Provider may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Japan.
