This Privacy Policy describes how the developer (the "Provider") of the mobile application "Wa Camera" (the "App") handles information when you use the App.
The App does not upload your photos to any server, and does not share them with any third party. All photos remain on your device.
1. Information We Process
The App processes the following information, only to the minimum extent required:
Camera image data — used solely on-device for capture and editing.
Photos library access (write only) — when you enable "Also save to Photos" or use the export action, edited images are written to your iOS Photos library. The App does not read your existing photo library.
In-app purchase information — transaction data provided by Apple StoreKit to verify your Pro entitlement. Apple processes payments; the Provider does not receive your payment card details.
Advertising identifiers (free version only) — see Section 6.
App language preference — stored on your device.
The App does not collect your name, address, phone number, or email address.
2. Purposes of Use
To provide capture, editing, and saving functionality.
To verify and deliver purchased Pro Features.
To deliver and display advertisements in the free version.
To diagnose and fix issues when necessary.
3. Permissions
Camera: required to take photos. Live preview frames are processed on-device only.
Photos library (add only): used when you choose to save edited images to Photos.
You can revoke these permissions at any time from iOS Settings.
4. Where Your Photos Are Stored
Photos created with the App are saved in the App's private Application Support directory on your device. Nothing is sent to the Provider's servers.
By iOS design:
Updating the App does not delete your data.
If iCloud Backup is enabled on your device, the data is automatically included in your iCloud Backup, which is managed by Apple. The Provider has no access to it.
Uninstalling the App will remove this data.
You can export photos out of the App at any time via the share/save features.
5. In-App Purchases
Pro Features are sold via the Apple App Store (one-time purchase).
Apple processes the payment. The Provider receives only the information necessary to verify entitlement (e.g., product ID, transaction status).
6. Advertising
The free version of the App displays banner advertisements via Google AdMob.
AdMob may use cookies, IDFA, or similar identifiers to deliver more relevant ads. Their use is governed by Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
You can manage tracking permissions through iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, or via the App Tracking Transparency dialog shown by the App.
If you purchase Pro Features, ads are removed entirely.
7. Analytics
This version of the App does not integrate any third-party analytics SDK (such as Firebase Analytics). If we add analytics in the future, this Policy will be updated and you will be notified.
8. Sharing With Third Parties
The Provider does not share your information with third parties, except as required by law.
9. Access, Correction, and Deletion
The Provider does not retain personal information; access/correction/deletion requests cannot generally be fulfilled. You can delete saved photos from within the App's album, or by uninstalling the App.
10. Security
The App is designed so that your photos never leave your device. Where network communication is needed (in-app purchase, advertising), it is performed over HTTPS.
11. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Minors should use the App with parental guidance.
12. Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the App or on this page. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
