Summary: Digital Clock Pro is a clock display app. By using our app, you agree to these terms. The app is provided "as is" and we're not liable for any issues arising from its use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Digital Clock Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Digital Clock Pro is a digital clock application that provides:

Beautiful digital clock displays with various design themes
Customizable clock faces with fonts, colors, and backgrounds
Timer and stopwatch functionality
The ability to save custom clock designs (Premium feature)

3. Free and Premium Versions

The App offers both free and premium versions:

Free Version: Includes all core functionality, 10 design themes, and the ability to create 1 custom watch design.
Premium Version: A one-time purchase that unlocks 100+ design themes and unlimited custom watch saves. This is NOT a subscription—you pay once and own it forever.

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. By making a purchase:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
You agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases
All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law

You can restore your purchases at any time through the App's settings if you reinstall the App or switch devices.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings
Use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality
Redistribute, sublicense, or sell the App

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, and code within the App are owned by Digital Clock Pro and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

The App will meet your specific requirements
The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
The time displayed will be 100% accurate at all times

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DIGITAL CLOCK PRO, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for:

Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
Device damage or malfunction
Any reliance on time displayed by the App

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Clock Pro and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
