Digital Clock Pro is designed with privacy as a core principle. We believe that a clock app should simply display time beautifully—without watching you or collecting your data.

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The following data is stored ONLY on your device and never transmitted anywhere:

• App Settings: Your language preference, selected theme, and display preferences
• Custom Watch Designs: Clock faces you create are saved locally
• Premium Status: Your purchase status (managed by Apple)

This data remains on your device and is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app.

4. Third-Party Services

Apple App Store

When you make a Premium purchase, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple may collect data according to their own privacy policy, which you can review at apple.com/legal/privacy.

No Other Third Parties

We do not use:

• Analytics services (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
• Advertising networks
• Social media SDKs
• Crash reporting services
• Any other third-party data collection tools

5. No Network Requests

Digital Clock Pro operates entirely offline. The only network activity is:

• Premium purchase verification (handled by Apple's StoreKit)
• System time synchronization (handled by iOS, not our app)

We do not operate any servers. Your data never leaves your device.

6. Children's Privacy

Digital Clock Pro does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The app is safe for users of all ages.

7. Data Security

Since we don't collect or transmit data, there's no risk of data breaches from our side. Your settings and custom designs are protected by iOS's built-in security features.

8. Your Rights

Since we don't collect personal data, there's nothing to access, correct, or delete on our end. You have full control over your local data:

• Access: View your settings directly in the app
• Delete: Uninstall the app to remove all local data
• Reset: Use the app's reset feature to restore default settings

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated through an app update.
